Selecting a groomer-No.Va. people..

Well with our move, I lost my 4x5 foot tub shower I use to and back to finding a groomer.. If any of you Northern Va. people know a good one, can you pm me the location and phone number?
Zubin is too big for a regular tub..

I take it you wouldn't want to come to me in Illinois? Probably just a bit far.

I say you should move to Illinois. I'd totally groom your dudes for free... if it meant seeing Borzois on a regular basis!!!

Arent you a sweetheart... ! I bathe my dogs monthly. There is no way this boy would fit in a normal size tub. No Way on Gods' Green earth.. Femka barely fits a tub.. Thats why we built the one in the other house and it will take time to get one set up here and would have to be in the basement.

Ours is custom from the people that owned it before it was a rental. Six feet long!!! I can lay down in it and have almost a foot of room still.
I love it. I told my landlord I'm taking it with me when we leave.

If you come to Missouri, I know a place where both the bather and the groomer are borzoi owners, so Zubin would be sure to receive a borzoi-appropriate amount of admiration for his ability to behave well for the grooming process.

I would reccomend the groomer we take Benji to, but she's on Maternity leave until October. She grooms out of her house and she lives about 5 minutes away from me (I live between Warrenton and Gainesville). She's a nice woman and does a good job, although I don't know if her tub is big enough for Zubin. Its a pretty big tub though. Let me know if you want me to PM you her number for future use.
