Success! Training alarm

Finally - has taken almost two weeks but the dogs know the difference from the alarm going off for real, and the test pattern it does on re-entry. I used treats ( hot dogs) on the mock noise, and did the " follow me- run to the door" on the real alarm.. My neighbors may think " geez these people do not know how to operate an alarm" but my dogs know .. lol.. ( I was doing it when I noticed when they left for work like 2-4 pm.. lol..)

That didn't take too long Sounds like they are settling into the new house nicely---now that they have nice soft rugs, lol.

Did you have hardwood at the old house or was this also new to them?
