Where's the little smiley who is banging his head against the wall?
This is for a rottie pup: "He is 10 weeks old, very cute and smart. He is black and brown with a white chest. I got him a week ago and I did not realize it takes a lot of time and effort to raise a puppy. I work a full time job and have no time to care for him. I bought him out of impulse and he needs a loving, caring family who will spend time with him. I have been kennel training him and he has been doing well. I am asking a 350.00 re-homing fee to insure he goes to a good home who will love and care for him the right way. Please, email me if you are serious. " Impulse buys are for chocolate bars not dogs you idiots...

So I googled what excactly consititutes a USDA licenced breeder as the site is brandishing a NO PUPPY MILLS LOGO- only USDA approved.... I wish I hadn't looked into it, essentially it's a license for puppy millers
