we have a lot of dogs in our neighborhood and I don't like to walk Bella because of it. We still go on walks every day because we don't have a fenced yard and she needs to get rid of some energy, but it scares me every time when I hear a dog barking and see it charge up to its fence :-S I don't think I would be as scared if she wasn't so little, but in a fight, the 12 lb dog is gonna lose...
