Hi everyone,
I have a 3 year old toy rat terrier that has pain in her rear end. Yelps when we try to pick her up. She is in great pain when she walk so she crawls. She is also shaking alot. Took her to vet and they couldnt find anything...all tests negative. They also X rayed her. She usually so energetic its really a shame. Geo |

Is there a university with a veterinary school near you? They have access to diagnostic tools that many vets just don't have, or possibly some sort of specialist that your vet can refer you to. I'm going on the assumption that your vet checked her anal glands to see that they aren't impacted.
Or, in the alternative, have you considered a holistic veterinarian? Maybe someone who practices chiropractic or accupuncture? Sometimes a different viewpoint will give you an answer. http://ahvma.org/referral/index.html
