Default Can't click on any formatting options
I can't click and enter into a thread any of the emoticons or editing options such as font, enter hyperlink, insert pic, etc. Any ideas?

I dont know that if this has anything to do with it, but I have noticed that sometimes when my computer needs updating is when it does it the most..

It hasnt done it in awhile though...
