How do you get peanut butter out of the carpet???
I gave Adam his pill in peanut butter today and told him to just swallow... instead he smeared it all over the walls, the carpets... and the dogs, who were thrilled. -_-
My parents are at my sister's house for the week and I'm here with the diabolical little turd... And if my mother comes home to peanut butter in the carpet... I'll be murdered.

I would think that peanut butter cleans up fairly easy..........I know you use peanut butter to get gum out of the carpet, LOL

I don't know. Try acetone. That's my answer for everything that's stuck on stuff. It's a wonderful little molecule.

The problem being that he danced in it... its wayyyy in there... and the carpet is white. WHY my parents got white with dogs and kids running around, I will never know.

But won't acetone take the color out of the carpet? Isn't it used in paint removers or am I thinking of the wrong molecule?

I do love acetone, but Aaron has the car, which leaves me stranded, and without acetone.

Got nail polish remover? Unless it's the crappy acetone free stuff, it may have enough to do the deed.

Got any Oxyclean? The stuff works wonders.

And, the part of peanut butter that makes it diabolically difficult to remove is all the fatty oils, so a dishwashing liquid or something else you've got around that's designed to cut grease should do it too. Some laundry detergents do a job on it.

You'll want to blot as much of the oil out as possible though, before you start the scrubbing process.

And you might google "stain removal peanut butter." I know I've found several good stain removal info sites that way.
