Justin and I made a very nice authentic Italian dinner tonight. For appetizers we had bruschetta with fresh mozzarella and sliced roma tomatoes with a Tuscan garlic olive oil dipping sauce. Then we had polenta with tomato basil sauce and garlic pepper chicken. We had this with a chardonnay from our favorite winery of which we are members. Temecula Wineries & Temecula Wine Country Vineyards | Ponte Family Estate Winery in Southern California Wine Country

i take more protein so here is my diet-
chicken,scrambled eggs,whey protein and few fruits.
