Oh that does sound good Sis! *drools* You'll have to PM or Post that recipe

Tonight I am probably just going to make some chicken egg rolls and Japanese style seasoned rice/veggies.

Spinach pasta with orange peppers, mushroom, onion and chicken in garlic and olive oil. I think there might have been something wrong with the chicken... I had food poisoning a few days ago and this chicken might have been one of the things that could have caused it. It's boxed frozen chicken breast so the texture isn't usually great, but it was particularly tough tonight...

I hope I won't be throwing up in a day or so... it was a yummy dinner.

I ate an entire box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. By myself. But it was made with 50% whole grain, so it was totally a healthy meal.

Soooo I didn't get sick, which means the chicken isn't what gave me food poisoning before.

Tonight I'm having a Lean Cuisine, and then I'll be snacking since that's never enough food for me. I have hummus and melba toast... and cookies, but I'm going to try and steer clear of those

I eat most of my meals at my parent's place since I don't have a proper kitchen. So tonight my mother is making this AMAZING pork stir fry that I adore more than anything in the world . . . and the bitch told me over the phone that she REFUSES to make it without celery!! I'm allergic to celery and in this recipe I can't even pick it out because it gets infused in everything else.

ARGH!!!!

I guess it'll be canned soup again. YAWN!!!

I made a delicious shrimp and linguine dish! I have been ill lately so I was looking for a quick/easy/yet tasty dish and this is it! Hardest thing was slicing my mushrooms!

It had sun dried tomatoes w/oil, broccoli, fresh mushrooms, butter, garlic, shrimp, all over linguine noodles. I served it with cheater salad (pre cut/bagged salad) and cheater garlic cheese bread (frozen)
