Oi. So full. I made the best pork loin ever. Well, part of it, lol. Had it simmer in the oven for 2 hours and repeatedly poured my "marinara" over it, which had honey, mustard and thyme in it. It was so tender, we only needed forks to eat. Yummy.

I made homemade dumplings with it and green beans (seasoned them, then separated them into little "bushes" and wrapped them in half a slice of bacon each. Then dropped them in a pan and pan-fried them from every side.)

A bag of doritios and water. Yes, we eat so healthy around here LOL

Angie, when I was living in Ark, my boss made Chili Mac... I had never had it before! She put ALOT of brown sugar on it.... I think I would of liked it without so much sugar

I made my own pizza dough and had pizza last night! One had shrimp on it which was so good. I made one neopolitan style and one scillian style crust.

Did I mention I made the pizza dough because I really felt like a northerner yesterday. I went all over trying to buy pizza dough (chain pizza places, grocery stores) and everyone told me you buy a pizza, you don't buy pizza dough!

I add sugar to all my spaghetti sauces and lasagne sauce. Not much, just a teaspoon.

Those green beans sound good - I might have to give them a try!

Does anybody know of a good lasagna recipe WITHOUT ricotta cheese? Seems like every one I look at calls for that nasty cheese. I cant stand it! I love lots of mozzarella in my lasagna.

I made broccoli casserole tonight. Very very good.

One of my fave casseroles is tamale pie. Made with pinto, kidney, black beans, spicy canned chili, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, hamburger, and corn muffin mix.

I would love to hear about some really good casserole recipes. I love making them.

You can substitute any lasagna recipe with ricotta cheese with a good bechamel sauce.
