I'm so sorry to hear of your bunnies ((HUGS)) I think it's perfectly right, maybe if they have to pay that kinda money to get them out a few times they'll be more willing to put up a fence.

Oh Saje honey, I'm so sorry. I know how happy Mika and Miss Piggy were with you. You're a wonderful bunny mommy. I know how you feel, but please don't blame yourself. "Should've"s don't do anyone any good. Your kids are thankful that they're yours. You give them wonderful lives full of love, and there's nothing more any pet animal in the world wants. They love you and we love you, and we're all here for you.

I'm SO sorry for your bunnies. Atleast you know they are together. I would confront the people on their dogs and tell them what they did, unless you did that already.

Julie's right, Saje. You need to tell the woman what she caused. She needs to hear that there were horrible consequences to her irresponsibility. And do it face to face - let her see how much pain she has caused.

Well, Steve called and let them know. I really can't Renee. And I'm afraid that she'll just start tying them up again. Maybe I should have Steve go and build a fence for them.

Even if you do call animal control on these dogs they probably will start tying them up agian. These people obviously have some sort of "issues" with fences. Why should you guys have to build the fence for them, they should think up the idea all on their own and put the plan into action. People that let their dog run loose annoy me. My neighbor's yorkie attacked Hannah today (ofcourse he was running loose) and he hurt her really bad. They obviously don't care what harm their dogs are causing to other people, and just imagine what could happen to those poor dogs running loose like that all the time!

Well, we're not going to build a fence but someone needs to! We are supposed to be 'friends' with them. We spent Christmas at their house and we used to take Maggie and Abby on walks with us. That's why our dogs are so bonded. It's AHHHHHHH frustrating.

yeah, I can imagine. I feel bad for the dogs. Have you ever suggested them putting up a fence. Maybe have other neighbors suggest it too, that might get it through their heads.
