I agree with everyone else who said Evo was better (for most dogs). Canidea is one of the most affordable higher end foods but it has grains and I personally wouldn't feed it. I consider it along the same line as most California Natural, Eagle Pack etc. It's the lower end of the high end food.

That being said I think Orijen is a better food than Evo and dogs tend to have less stomach issues with it. It seems to be less rich and easier to digest.

To get Orijen around here will be some distance.

I liked the EVO very much, but I think the EVO Red Meat formula is even better.

It really depends on your dogs.

Izzy only tolerates Canidae and raw.

Yes there is evo in Ont, I was feeding Evo RM for a while. I like orijen better, and here in Canada its cheaper (as its Can made)

I heard also Evo is for does that have a high demand, my dogs are just regular pets....walkies, zoomies, tug-o-war, fetch, and wrestling.

Thanks Dekka, I may have to look around, Diamond has skin issues so maybe a totally non grain diet will help as I have heard it may the grain that bothers her, worth a try anyways..

Nope, EVO is just for dogs. That's why on the bag it has a dog on it.
