*sigh* I didn't want to do this, but the only way I'll be able to do this is if I can actually overcome the feeling that everyone is going to say "OMG what a fat bitch!"... so here goes.

I am 5'7" tall, and the last time I weighed myself, I weighed about 225. Yes. I have gained lots of weight, and I have lots to lose. A year after having Johnny, I weighed 165. I'd like to get back down to that, and maybe more... but for now, I'm going to keep my goal at 60. If I get to 60, I'll do more. One step at a time, right?

I need to tone up my belly, my legs/thighs/butt are fantastic... all my weight in in my tummy area. So that is what needs to go! Walking is in the books already, as I love to take walks with my fatdog... crunches, and time to start a new meal plan for myself.

Girl... we'll be here by your side the whole way. We can all do this. You are a beautiful person and you have a stronger will than you may think. You can do it. We all can do it.

im somewhere between 265 and 275 right now...different scales say different things...but im more focusing on the actual inches as weight can fluctuate in strange ways...
mine is my midsection, midrfiff and stomach mostly...

Ok I have pics of me at 180, and I looked good (some of you have seen them) Right now I am 248 and 5'5. I lost 60 pounds a while back.. but they are all back plus 8 ewwww. My goal is 150, then if I end up going back up a bit its not too bad.

Thanks, I am quite proud of it! Now if I could just get that Fastback life would be complete

I think a group effort like this is huge, the support and pats on the back when we do good and the encouragement when we struggle all are proven to be huge assets when trying to loose weight!! Even though you may not want to, I was advised to get all my measurements and also take a picture because when you live with the loss as it happens you don't always realise how much you have changed, having a reference like photos and measurements will help when you may feel discouraged down the road!!

I think most of us have our ewww or OMG moment, I work at a place where I step on scales every day, one day last week I noticed that I was the same weight in Kilo's as one of my male co-workers who is, ummm, a bit robust, I went OMG!!!! I weigh the same, I did not think I was THAT Robust as well!!

I have a date tomorrow night. I can't find clothing to wear. I'm either too big, or have lost too much weight. I've been through my entire closet today..

I was at 164 in Sept, I'm at 146 now at 5'4. But I still have giant hips and some scary love handles.

I took measurements and compared them to those of this time last year (the last time I measured myself) and despite all my friends commenting that I look like I've lost weight, they're almost exactly the same, an inch here, half an inch there maybe, but not much.

Thing is, I FEEL better than I did this time last year. When we moved into this apartment, I was out of breath by the time I reached my door (4 flights of stairs, no elevator). Now I can do them two at a time and barely be winded when I get to the top. That's a BIG thing for me! I lost a bit of weight when we got Sierra, and with all the activity I plan on doing with her this summer, it should only get better.

My plan is generally to be healthier, than to just loose weight, but seeing 140 again on the scale would be fantastic. 135 might be stretching it, I havn't seen that since high school, and I think at that point I'd be sacrificing the boobs

I'm 5' 7" and weigh in at 54 Kilo (ermmmm ug I hate math... umm 118 pounds) I have flab on my tummy that I want to tone - because I feel I need to. I've always been on the smaller side, and always done track, but I had to stop because of my knee, and since then I've gotten flab on my tummy which I HATE. I want to get riiiiddd of it! And I need Ya'll to kick me in the bottocks to stop eating so much chocolate (mouth watering here...).
