Right now mine go to work with me . . . but when I can't they are home, at large. When they're young pups, they are in a puppy-proofed room. And you should try Fila-puppy proofing a room

I would look into crate training. My moms dog Tucker still has to be in his crate when no one is home. But my dog Maggie gets free roam of the place. She started off in her crate and just eventually stopped putting her in there all together. She just sleeps the entire time we're gone lol.

I think this might be my best bet. I wish I could bring the pup with me to work, but my boss would flip out.

I do 12hr shifts and Eric does 12s so untill we get the acerage i let them out to pee at 7. he takes them for a walk at 1. then i take them again at 8 when i get home. so its 6hrs at a time

Izzy and Frodo are in their crates for the 7 hours while I am at school. Mollie has free run of the house.
