Default RIP Grandpa

My foster dog is dead. He went to the vet and we found out that he was in the final stage of heart failure. He was about 12 years old, so it wouldn't have done much to try and save him, he was suffering too bad. RIP, boy. He had somebody coming to adopt him tomorrow, too.

That's so sad !!! I placed a senior foster Golden a few years ago .......He and his new owners only had about 3 months together before he died suddenly from heart failure . At least he was happy and loved at the end . I know your pain .

Sad loss, we all know Grandpa is happy and in peace wherever he is now.

Take consolation in the knowledge that he had exactly what he needed and wanted most at the end of his life . . . love and comfort and someone who took good care of him
