Why Is It?
That male Dobes tend to get names that would get them beat up on the playground?
Well, except for Ronin . . . the other boydogs would be chary of bullying a dog named "Ronin." That is, until they saw Ilsa beating up on him

Well, Zap IS the President of the Galaxy
 I was thinking more in terms of names like Winston . . . or ORSON . . . If you had a kid named Zaphod, he'd probably end up being the kid with the neat name, but the kids named Orson and Winston would be getting picked on constantly.

LOL, people are scared of me at the dog park for some reason, so they never really ask me WHY I have a weird looking dog with a weird name. One guy "got" Zaph's name, though. He also got my number.
Winston and Orson are DIGNIFIED names, Renee!! And they ar... well, Winston is a dignified dog.

Lol, I never really thought of that before. Most of the male Dobes I know do have pretty silly names... like Whitman and Alfie, and my Winston. I personally don't like Winston's name and never have, but it does suit him. He's a very dignified, elegant, wise looking dog.

Jazz's dads name is Thor. Hyper masculan. She has a Luthor Vegas and Thunder in there. But she also has a Junior RP Drummer and Cooper for girly names.
