Default Pray With Me Please

Everyone please keep your fingers and toes crossed and pray with me that Krosha's right lower canine comes out.

It is missing not out yet! The breeder says if it is not out in 3-4 weeks then she is taking her back and placing her as a companion {which she will do very well as but I already love her} she is not showable without that canine though.

So if we all wish luck and pray on it perhaps all the good vibes will help and that tooth will come out.

Do you have dual ownership ??? Was she bought to show ??? Lord , if you love her keep her !!! Forget the showing !! Make adjustments down the road for one you can show !!! This seems a reverse from what I usally hear .....

I hope the tooth comes and it all works out for you. It would be hard to send her back. Could you just keep her and not show?

You and Krosha are both in my prayers! If you love her there has to be a way!

Is this a puppy we are talking about?

Retained puppy teeth are not a big deal. Most will fall out on their own by 7-8 months, but your vet can always pull it with ease if it's a big deal to you.

I'm baffled why someone would give back a dog with a retained puppy canine.

I think, Mia, that the puppy tooth has fallen out but the adult one hasn't started to come in yet?

Is the adult one not there, or are both teeth there?

At one point as a puppy, Kiba had 8 canine teeth at once. That was NOT fun when she decided to chomp on you, little vampire chomper puppy.

The adult tooth is not in yet; puppy tooth is gone.

It is a co own so I have no choice. The contract to keep her is that she must have three titles and without that canine she is not showable.

So she has to go back and be placed as a pet.

Otherwise her price is $2500 and I do not have that for a pet of any kind.

I would think that the breeder would be happy that she has a good home !

it is a shame that a puppy that has come to bond with you is valued more for the tooth, then for the love that has come your way. I hate it when dogs are seen as property and not as feeling creatures as ourselves. How is it that humans can do that? If it were a child, with an imperfect tooth, would they be sent back? A trust broken? I do pray the tooth does what you and the breeder want it to do, but not for the reasons that you request, but because this pup has put his trust in YOU.they are just as much a baby and given the same promise in their hearts when dropped in your arms for the first time, that you will love them unconditionally and will protect them with everything you have..and i feel for the break of that trust, it isn't fair. THe second bond comes not as easily and if there is a third and a fourth it may never be the same again.. i hate the whole business of this.
