I got lucky with these kids...they had had a normal home for like 5 years and then all of a sudden their owner just drops them off at a kill shelter. They weren't in there for too long, thankfully.

That's probably a good thing!

Ones in the past I've transported seemed a bit stir crazy before the trip, not that I can blame them being in a kennel all day! I usually try to run them (or rangle some other volunteers to walk them for me lol) before our trip. A sleepy dog is a good dog! lol Good thing Sawyer went with you!!! What a good boy he is!!!!
