New Puppy Update
Wellll.... I got to see the new puppy this weekend, and I must say I fear for the little tyke.
Well, her name is Dolly - not what her name was supposed to be, but that's another story. She doesn't look like a Dolly at all, and sure doesn't act like one! She's very aggressive - tries to attack any dog that walks by (except Ronin, for some reason)... and SO's mom coddles her all the time so she thinks it's okay to be a turd around other dogs! She's also "braindead" - she doesn't play at all, sleeps 20 hours a day, even when she's awake she holds completely still and doesn't move. Steve and I got her to walk, and it's like she's got spinal damage - she's very wobbly on her rear legs, she walks like she's drunk. As for her breeder... she sold her on full registration (but I fixed that with a quick scribble of my pen... mwahahaha I'm so evil) and the contract states that she CANNOT be returned for any reason, other than if she is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness within seven days of purchase. How's that for a stellar contract, eh? *rolls eyes* Here are photos. She's cute, but all puppies are cute. I wish there was something I could do, but I fear she's going to end up a biter. All my well-meaning (and well presented) advice went in one ear and out the other. All I can say is that I tried, and I hope she beats all the odds stacked up against her and turns into a good dog. (I doubt it though.)

Poor little thing . . . she does not look like a happy puppy at all. You rarely ever see a pup that doesn't look happy.
 I hope Ronin will be a good influence on her though.

She is a cute little thing, but so very sad
Not too different from Orson...........he was malnourished, ate up with worms, his little hips and spine stuck out.........he could barely walk as well. Maybe now that she is in a good home (and if they listen to you AT ALL) this girl can have a decent/healthy life.............we can hope.

she ain't near as adorable as ada
 but she is cute in that awkward puppy sort of way.i hope she turns out ok, both physically and temperamentally. who's pup is she?

She is cute. And you did a good job capturing her personality with your camara.
Hopefully having Ada there with her full time will teach her to like other dogs. I hate to say it, but it sounds a little like same sex agression to me. Especially since the only dog that she likes is Ronin. I could be totally wrong though and I hope I am. Didn't you tell me that his mom treated Ada the same way when she was younger? If so maybe try the same tactics you did with Ada so that Dolly learns that it is not a good thing to bite. Good luck with her and keep us posted.
