Bowel movement = Good.

Diarrhea = OK, but not for very long.

Vomit = Bad (especially after today)

Ok.

I gave my pug his food as usual 15 minutes ago, and about 5 minutes after he ate, he had a normal bowel movement. He usually waits a few minutes until I take him outside, but this time he just did it in a corner of the room.

Blockages don't become apparent right away...you'll want to watch him for the next few days.
