ETA: nvr mind I found it on Mordy's site

EVO is 537 kcal/cup

EVO RM is 487 kcal/cup

Is she on the RM now?

I'm thinking of switching Lizzie over to the EVO and wanted to caculate the cal/cup. Right now she eats 1 and a half cups, with EVO I think she'll be just on one cup.

Yeah and she eats 3 cups on the RM ....which is 1461 kcals..

and if I put her back on reg. EVO she would be down to 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 cups...which would be about 1450 or so kcals

Hmmmmmm....
