I just posted this under an existing thread, but it's a fascinating bit of trivia to us dog buffs so I thought I'd post it individually so more of you would see it.
I got this link from a Fila newsletter I get. It's a rare breed, native to the U.S. and really sounds like a great dog to live with. It's also the breed of dog that played Ol' Yeller in the movie. http://groups.msn.com/FilaBrasileiro...ID_Message=535 |

That's what I always assumed, too, except that it never quite looked like a Lab. I thought it was some type of Lab cross.

yea, now that I think about it it never really had the lab look, it looked lab but it didn't at the same time.
