Dogs frequesntly have reactions to a change in diet. If the problem persists I would suggest you call the vet. However, it may just be a matter of getting used to the food or a dog food allergy.

my 10 month old akita x mix did this after i had him castrated, always early in morning between 4 to 9am. he did it for around a week then he stopped. stress? i dont no lol

If Wrigley goes to long between eating he will get ill. It doesn't have to be a meal at bed time perhaps just a larger snack--like a half a handfull of food or a larger treat after doing training in the evening. Generally we feed around 7am and 7pm now and he has not had problems (he is a small terrier thing mix) we generally only had problems when it was a big difference in feeding times say 6pm to 11am (if we slept in!)
