WOW i think they are taking it a little to far but hey i dont know the conditions over there alothough we could use some of their laws just not that one

i dont see why they chose three walks mine mostly run in the backyard and get one walk a day

My dogs are walked once a day (twice or more if it's nice out), and they're perfectly fine.

That's a bit much isn't it, it's alot of money and how is the city's council going to keep a check on how many times that people's pets are walked? Seems a pretty stupid law too me, just imagine if it came over here to the UK and too the US? lol

Wow Im amazed. You can't bag a goldfish in the street? So are you suppose to carry them in a bucket? hahaha. But I think it's cool that owners should walk their dogs 3 times a week because I think 3 times a week is not enough.
