Default which cat food

Which ingredients look better? and why? I'll post protein and that stuff in the next post. This is cat food dry by the way.

The first food here is the same as the first food above, I know they are both good foods but I'd like to know which seems better, even if it is only a little better.

Honestly? They're pretty close, and neither is AMAZING, but out of the two, I'd go with the first. Couple of reasons:
1. higher protein.
2. the second food has barley, which is closely related to wheat. Brown rice is easier to digest.
3. After the fat source, the first has healthy, nutrient rich ingredients (kelp, alfafa, cranberries) whereas the second has... (well they put more meat after the fat source to make you think there is more meat in the food, but it's insignificant amounts) so mostly carbs.
4. The first has got more EFA sources, so will have better skin/coat results.
