great idea showpug! I am looking at the weather forcast for the next 10 days and it is supposed to be 50-70 degrees. Do you think that 50 degrees is too cold for her as long as she has a dog house or crate with a blanket?

Never ever leave a puppy outside unattended, especially one that young! Your puppy is still young enough that temperature change and drafts could kill it if it gets chilled. I am not a fan of ever leaving a dog outside, puppy or adult, dog house or no dog house. Find a place inside.

I third that. Your pup is way too young to be away from her family let alone outside. Now that she has a new family you have to do your best to protect her. I like showpugs idea of a crate and pen.

Just wanted to reassure you that your puppy will come out ok. when we got my pit puppy booger a few years ago she was tiny at 3 lbs/6 weeks old andgot mange about a week or two later. She is a great loving, very well adjusted dog she took alot of work mind you but we have no behavior problems with her!

I agree with, Showpug. Never, ever leave a puppy (or adult dog IMO) outside for long periods of time.
