Default Nutritional Support for GERD/Heartburn

One of the side effects of Prozac can be heartburn/acid reflux/gerd.

Anyone else every dealt with this?

I'd like to keep Levi on raw but am happy to add anything (and everything) to help him be a little more comfortable.

All the people stuff says "low fat frequent meals" and to avoid alcohol and fried foods. I've now removed his regular nightcap of bourbon.

I did find an article suggesting oatmeal, ginger and parsley and foods good at helping prevent heartburn. But nothing specific.

Poor guy was super restless last night which means the humans didn't sleep well either.
