Another story.

A young boy was sitting near the sidewalk on the steps leading to his house. Near him was a box that held 2 sweet kittens and a sign that said " Kittens : $500. each " A man walking down the sidewalk stopped to talk to him. " Son",he said , " you really don't expect to sell those kittens at that price, are you" "Why yes" answered the boy. "I want a dog, and this is the only way I can get one" . Sighing the man walked away. Three days in a row as the man walked to work , he passed the boy...every morning ...with his kittens. On the 4th day he didn't see the boy or the box, but as he got closer, saw the boy playing ball with a beautiful young pup. " Well," he said, "You must have given up on selling those kittens for $500" " Nope", said the boy, " Made a deal with a lady and traded them both for this $1000. dog"
