LOL thanks. Riley is a girl though . Well we adopted her at the local shelter who told us she was yellow lab but she doesnt look pure bred to me. It doesnt matter but I was just curious what else she might look like.

Default It is hard to tell right now

Labs come in a lot of different shapes and sizes. They have been breed by a lot of people with a lot of different levels of experience. Yesterday at the dog park there were two chocolate lbas, my girl Kona, who is short squat and about 55 lbs. Next to her was the other chocolate lab who was almost as big as my Great Dane Lucy. He was easily 120 lbs with a long face and a long body.

Riley looks like a american yellow lab to me at this stage.

i think she is pure lab.
i agree with hanslynch. tons of breeders out there dont know what they are doing and the product of it is pure breds that dont look pure

Ok, see to me she looks part pit. I dont know. I tried calling the shelter today because she was an owner surrender. No luck.

Chloe's ears do that too alot of times..but she doesnt have any "pit" in her that I am aware of
