Gell, do you have a sporting goods store nearby? A small investment in some gel fingerless workout gloves will help those hands. They may not look cool, but it will help you get some more walks in the week. I love mine on long line training days, saves me the rope burn!
We use the stairs a lot for exercise as well. Do you have a stair well? I stay at the top of the stairs with many cookies. Then I throw one to the bottom, and call him back up for another cookie. After a few up and downs, we stop for some tug, then back to it, then I go down, and we do something else for a minute.
