Can anyone Rescue in TN?

There are quite a few litters of puppies sitting at the Tipton County shelter in TN. Puppies there do not stand much of a chance without rescue...they get sick and are put down very quickly. And please, let's not forget about the moms and all of the beautiful adults waiting.

Can anyone offer any assistance?
