I would say YES it is..........unless it is listed as human grade ingredients. But then you only have their word to go by.

I would say no, considering that stuff is meat by-products. Canidae doesn't use by-products

At this point we may never know the truth what is even in the higher grade kibbles....SCARY! You won't know unless you are their watching them make the stuff!
