I like both breeds, I will tend to go with the Pom because of my age. Although, if I were younger, and stronger, I would have a German Shepherd!

GSD.. Though I'm not a real big fan of either as a breed.. but I've met individuals of both that I've liked..

Another biased vote for the GSD. My friend had a pom "Chelsea". She was nasty. Lived a long long time though, I think she was 17 when she died.

German Shepherds are one of my favourite breeds of all. I still miss my two beautiful boys.

I can't really compare, though, because I've never spent any time of value with a Pom.

German Shepherds of course! Only small breeds I like are French Bulldogs and Boston Terriers.
