I feed Ruckus two meals a day. one cup each. well this morning he ate his food super fast like always, and within minutes (not even 5) he vomited at least half of it up. he has done this a couple of times in the past. in my opinion he is eating too fast.
do i need to feed him smaller meals? btw- we went to the vet for a few things yesterday and i forgot to bring it up. he gots a general exam, heart worm test, heart worm and flea meds, and got his ear looked at (got in a fight with a dog)

Have you tried putting a tennis ball or other object in his bowl so that he has to eat around it? I find that doing this is really all it takes to slow them down and avoid the post gorge vomit...
You may have to play around with your choice of items to place in the bowl though so that he leaves them in there and just eats around them.

Also, you could just spread the kibble on the floor

Yeah, I can imagine that would be just a little bit messy
I'm glad that the ball idea worked well, I've always heard of using that as well!

For Wrigley he has to wait in front of the full bowl until I say "OK" he is allowed to take one or two bites and then is told "Sit" again. I generally am doing something in the kitchen so for example I say "OK" he eats--I say "Sit" he sits...I wash a few dishes..then say "OK" he eats another bite" then "Sit" then I make my sandwich for work..Then "OK" then sit and repeat (generally about 4 times for the half cup of food he gets). Otherwise he would eat without chewing and in around 10 seconds and then make puke noises and gurgle noises afterwards. This seems to work well with us.
