Aww im so sorry it isn't working out with her. But I know how it is. We had the same issue when we had Disney among others. If you lived closer and she by chance got on well with the crazy cockers I would take her in a heart beat. I know this is hard for you and I know you love Stella. But you have had Binn longer and have bonded with him longer and so I understand.

Have you tried puting her on Petfinder and then screening potential owners very carefully?
