Next on the book club's list is No Exit by Sartre. I'm excited to start it, but have to go buy it.

Just finished New Coyote, by Michael Bergey. I strongly recommend it. You'll like it if you enjoy Native American myths/legends/stories. When Coyote (yes, THE Coyote) is killed (again), the Powers That Be find him a new body, more attuned to the modern world. New Coyote tells his story.

I started No Exit, it's pretty good but I can never tell how I feel about plays until they're over.

Also re-reading Fight Club for a class...I actually like it pretty well, it's one that gets harsh criticism from most of my friends but I think it's cool.

And: Euripides, the Bacchants...I haven't started but I'm about to.

I am about to finish "Matched" by Ally Condie. It's kind of like the Hunger Games trilogy. It's a good, quick read.

I liked No Exit. Interesting. L'enfer, c'est les autres. Sartre got a point there, lol.

Currently reading Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, because we were never made to read it in high school so I'm reading it now. Good book.

Current book list of 'to read':
Childhood's End
Hyperion
The Light Fantastic
Talon of Silver Hawk
Clan of Cave Bear
A Short History of Nearly Everything
Death by Black Hole
Elegant Universe (may cut this one as it's a re-read)
One Hundred Years of Solitude
The Experiment
The Name of the Wind
The Eye of the World
Lord Foul's Bane
Wizard's First Rule

.....c'monnnnn summer!

What criticism do they have? That's an awesome book.

They probably criticize it for not "following" the movie closely enough.

I don't spend a lot of time reading any more. Crocheting seems to have taken over my life. But, I am listening to Salem's Lot in the car on my way to and from work.
