^^ yes, that and the bitch is no where near old enough to be health tested. She is also not mature enough to handle the emotional effects of having a litter. It is something similar to a 12 year old having a baby.

Yes, and this would be true of a young bitch of any breed. While young animals can breed it doesn't mean they should be bred, as it can certainly affect their own development.

This thread sound very much like the Jim Rome radio show. A lot of Smack and immaturity. Oh forgive me there were some very intelligent answers and advice given also.

I thought that was a very neat page. I saved it in my favorites. I think it is a good thing for anyone thinking of breeding Chihuahuas to see. I e-mailed it to a couple people as well. I couldn't imagine having puppies that tiny. Adorable, though!
