^^ yes, that and the bitch is no where near old enough to be health tested. She is also not mature enough to handle the emotional effects of having a litter. It is something similar to a 12 year old having a baby.

Yes, and this would be true of a young bitch of any breed. While young animals can breed it doesn't mean they should be bred, as it can certainly affect their own development.

I thought that was a very neat page. I saved it in my favorites. I think it is a good thing for anyone thinking of breeding Chihuahuas to see. I e-mailed it to a couple people as well. I couldn't imagine having puppies that tiny. Adorable, though!
