Wow, so new and oh so rude! That title showed lack of maturity, something that is needed in huge amounts when thinking about breeding.

If you purchased 2 Chi's for breeding and were aware that 8 months was too young to breed, why the heck leave them together?

If you want to breed do some more research, so you know when ideal breeding age is, how long is a gestation period, the possible consequences of breeding etc.

Its not just put them together then 2 months later you have puppies! Its much more than that, and alot of times chi's become agressive and reject their puppies.

Your young mom is very likely to do just that. Good luck with them and all I can say is I hope she doesnt die on you just because you were irresponsible enough to want them to breed

I agree with all !!! This is WAY too young for a litter !!! If you HAVE to have a litter, talk to your vet as to when she can have her pups removed surgically and pts before they take a breath . Sad that you have put your female and a litter through such peril because of irresponsibility . Yes, we're harsh..... but your thread openner was rude !

So what are you whining about then? It's amazing the number of newbies lately that make their first post sound like it was submitted by someone that just got released from a psycho ward... Can you imagine them trying to take care of puppies...... wow , what a horrible thought.......

We really should ask for a Smilie that is a Troll. I think in this case, it would be more fitting....

I think cause she's only 8 months old.. though I assume if this person was responsible about breeding in the first place they'd know 8 months is TOO young to be bred.. poor Chi..
