Another Season ??

Hi guys,

I'm after a bit of advice before I pop down to the vets.

I have a 10 month old staff, she started her 1st season 10 weeks ago, which lasted nearly 4 weeks.

I've read up that staffs have around 2 seasons per year, every 6 months or so, but it's only been 6 WEEKS since she come out of season, and she's started again ???

She has again become all swollen & has started bleeding, I take it that this is not normal ??

Everything else is fine, she's eating, sleeping & drinking as normal - anyone got any idea's ?

No its not normal. It can happen however. Might want to have her checked again then make an appointment to get her spayed

Agree !!! .....if all seems OK , I'd wait 3 months to let the hormones settle back to normal .

I've booked her in to the vets for tomorrow.

We were waiting the 3 months from the time she finished her 1st season to get her spayed - but she's back again !!

Lets hope nothings wrong & it's just one of those things,
