How do you tell that a dog is having a false pregnancy?

First of all , you know that when in heat , there was no way a male could have gotten to her.. If you question that , it's vet time ! I had a female that when in heat and not bred , about due time she would nest and gather all the woobies around her.

Poor Tiki had a false pregnancy just after I got her.. she was apparently spayed.. I didn't know what was going on.. it was so sad.. she was nesting.. carrying her toys everywhere.. so protective of them.. wouldn't leave them or her bed.. and she'd walk about whining.. poor gal.. Her belly aslo seemed to grow and her boobies got saggy.. no more of that though!
