Chicken & Chicken eggs

If a dog clearly tolerates chicken eggs and does well on them can they still be allergic to chicken meat or does the body react to both the same way?

Saluda is allergic to chicken meat, but doesn't have any type of reaction when she eats chicken eggs. It seems that if they are allergic to the meat, they would also be allergic to the eggs. Maybe she isn't eating enough of the egg at one time to have a reaction to it

Actually egg and chicken meat are two different things and if a dog is allergic to chicken that doesn't necessarily mean he's allergic to egg too.
