Perle.........
Well I thought i'd tell everyone about little Miss Perle, as we all know of the greatness that is Sir Gustav, and she gets put into the background a bit.
Well, on my first sighting of Perle I actually spoke before thinking and said out loud "What is that??!!" She was fat, smelly, scurfy, and her nails were FAR too long..... Plus she growled at Sir Gustav  The audacity of her! She looked less like a dog, more like a small black wart hog or something. She wouldn't even walk when you took her out!! I had to DRAG her! Lol! That was October last year........ Since then she has managed to squirm her way into my affections.... She's lost 4 kilos in weight.... thats about 9 Lbs, she is now gladly eating her dry dog food, after I weaned her off the "Cancer in a can" that Christian was previously feeding her, she smells less, she's not scurfy, and actually she has developed quite a personality!!  She likes to let Gus think he is in charge, when in actual fact she is constantly manipulating him! It's amazing to watch really...... Ohh those feminine wiles! I often wonder if she is actually smarter than Gus because she refuses to do any of the stupid tricks, and still gets the pay off! Lol! She is impossible to train..... I think I had it FAR too easy with Gus, as he's really intuitive (sp) and gets things easily, but Perle she's another story! You give her a clear command (and she knows what I mean) and she looks at you as if to say "Why??" "Don't you know who I am?" "How DARE You ask me to sit" But she's cute, and cuddly and they say that every master villain needs his foil! And she is a perfect foil for Gus. Although she'd still rather stay in bed than go out, but you can't win em all now can ya!
