I've heard this phrase but have no clue what it means.... anyone?

Well, I asked Charley if he knew what it might mean and he came up blank - and he's usually the go-to guy on obscure stuff like that. Maybe I'll e-mail Buttgumbo . . . he might know.

could it have anything to do with the superbowl commercial from a few years ago? A guy couldn't go into a bar w/ his dog so he put it on his head like dreads and spoke with a jamacain accent and ordered a beer. It was pretty funny. I forget the dog breed name but I saw one on the last fancy dog show. Looks just like it has dreadlocks for hair, very cute dog. Dunno if this helps or makes things worse.

Puli..the russian puli is the breed..the hair grows in long mats..had a friend that wanted me to draw one once, but all i could see was a mop. No eyes..nothing but a black nose and a black mop.
