Not really a female dog.
My next door neighboor's dog so called female has a penis. Can this be possible? I corrected my next door if it was a male but she said it was a female. Does anybody have a female dog that has a penis?

Hmm...I believe posession of a penis officially qualifies one as a male. Are you sure it's not just hair?

I bet you're right. But hey, it's better than leaving the real ones in, right?
It's a lovely compromise for those men that can't bear to have their dogs neutered.  Listen to this: "Neuticles allowing your pet to retain his natural look, self esteem and aids in the trauma associated with neutering." SELF-ESTEEM?!?! lol!

OH MY GOODNESS!!! Well if that isn't the most clever way to have macho guys get their dog fixed! I have a foster kid who is FREAKING OUT that we are having the pup fixed in a few months. "How could you do that to a poor little boy? You're cruel!" I totally get the audience they are playing to and by golly if it gets those dorks to ante up for the operation then good for the company. That is sooo silly though. What will they think of next, doggy hair dye that keeps you aging pooch looking younger? Botox injections for those saggy wrinkles on their bodies (could get super expensive if you are a shar pei)? Perhaps a tummy tuck for the over worked and therefore over weight harried terrier. (since it couldn't possibly be YOUR fault your dog is overweight!
) I guess it shouldn't surprise me with the vanity people live in that they would be willing to put so much into their pets non-essential parts.
