With that said, he probably does have Lab in him. See the thicker hair around his neck? Pointers have a very short, smooth and dense coat. (Having lab in him would also explain the tail, as well as the shorter ear length.. I've seen some poorly bred labs taht are getting a curl on the tail.)

How is Dave's personality? Playful? A bit goofy? Active? How tall is he exactly? Is that his tail curling over his back?

Not really sure...I am going to meet him Thursday....I have been approved to adopt him The adoption cordinator called me today, and said that he was a dog that could be with anybody or any dog and be happy..
