Yup, however it also needs to be sheltered from animals such as raccoons, or other animals you have around there.....They can be pretty crafty when it comes to opening hutches, and remember that rabbits can die of fear. (Very weak hearts.)

I am certain if you sign up at that forum and ask for tips on making sure the hutch is in a nice safe place and is protected from all the elements as well as any dogs, cats, raccoons, birds, etc. You should get alot of help!

There's no shelter rabbits close to me. Their all hours away from me I don't think I can go a long ways away.

Aww Pixie thats great news. I've had both guinea pigs and rabbits but have had more rabbits over the years. I'm so excited for you .
