I use a program called Presto Image Folio, but i am sure that there are things that you can download from the Net for resizing.
Maybe do a search and see if you can find something?
It is handy to be able so resize a Pic

Personally I don't really see an GR in it. Mainly Chi or some long haired chi mixed with something else.

Looks like a doxie mix to me... maybe with cocker spaniel? VERY cute either way!

Could be a Chihuahua in there somewhere.... perhaps a bit of Lond coat Dachshund or a Spaniel, but no way a Golden Retriever. I can't imagine them 2 breeding anyway.

She looks like a Tibetan Spaniel mix to me maybe with Pekegnese (sp?) or Cocker Spaniel

Nope, I don't think there is any Golden Retriever in that mix. My best guess would be a Peke/Chih. She certainly is a cutie!

Two more pictures of Mocha. Hope it makes it easier to ID him. These were taken when he was at 8 weeks and 3 months, respectively. He's now 7-month-old.
