I like the graphic way you devided up the colors. The blue background really sets the whole image nicely. (paint does take forever doesn't it?)
You should do more! I use adobe photoshop like a paint program because i like the color selection better. I use to have a program called Presto that came with my son's digi camera. It was so simple and i just thought it the bomb but when my puter crashed i lost it and we can't find the disc anymore
