how do you make those nice signatures?

ive seen people with moving and fading signatures and i was wondering what type of computer program you need to make them. Also many say custom keyodie design so i was wondering if anyone knew who to ask. This is most probably a question asked many times and youre probably sick of it but i would be grateful if you gave me some help
