Houseguest
We are into the second night of our houseguest. We are keeping Brady's girlfriend, Jenny this weekend. He has had a lot of fun with her. He sleeps in his crate at night (he is restless if he doesn't), and she is used to sleeping with her owners. I made a pallet for her out of her blanket and she stayed there for a while, but she kept going to the window downstairs to bark. So I brought her pallet up to the bottom of my bed. Then she sat up and stared at us until we decided to invite her up. She was happy after that.
She did wake up at 6:00 to go to the bathroom, so I put her and Brady outside and they played pretty much all day. I let them in a few times and tehy both curled up on the couch with me. When it is just me downstairs, they do really good, but if anyone else is here (such as the hubby) the act up and try to wrestle and play in the living room. So I keep putting them back out to play. We will see how tonight goes. I will keep you updated on these two silly dogs.

She slept really good with us last night. Brady is restless if we try to let him sleep with us, I guess because he is used to his own spot, but she is really good to sleep with. She didn't wake me up at all last night. We went out for a little while last night so I took her to her house for a few hours of rest from Brady. He never stops going, so even Jenny needs a break sometimes. Then we got her when we came back and brought her back to our house. We let them play for about 30 minutes before we put Brady to bed and brought her up with us.
